humbly request MahaRERA to considlr the following:


1' Revoke the abeyance status on the project registration;
'2. u.nfreeze the bank account associated with the project; .*
3. Permit the registration of Agreement for sale / sale Deeds; '
4' Waive or reconsider the penalty imposed under Sections
                                                          Gl and 63 of the
Act;
5' Grant me an opportunity to restore compliance in a time-bound
                                                                       manner.

under the Act and MahaRERA directives.
