 IPiyush RJain Consulting Civil Engineer have undetaken as assigment of supervision
of the real estate project.
 Our Responsibility -
       Iam responsible for caying out the work in accordance with the Developnent
pemission and as per the approved plan and submit certificate of supervision of work
and to cary out material testing in-situ or in the authorised laboratory ard to ensurance
quality of wok and workmanship as per workmanship as per prescribed specification,
and as per NCB and or other relevant code of practice.

2. Input Materials, Fixtures and Fittings -
 Iherebycetify that all Construction material, Fixtres and fitings with egad                     to the
flooring, Electrical, Sanitary fitting etc. nd anenities to be provided by thepromotor in
the said project, building and the Apartment as per specificaions mentioned Anmexure
"F" of Ageement of Sale.
for those Itens,where no specifications have been mentioned in agreement of Sale. The
nateials, Fixtues and fittings used confom to the relelevant BIS Stancards / IS
National Building codes or as per Indtustry stardards.
2. Work mm ship.- Ihereby Certified that work has been camied out under our
Supervision. We futher certified that workenship and quality is satisfactory ard upto
the muk ad the work has been acceptable within the pemissible limit of deviations as
per relevant code of practice.
3. Structural Engineer.
   Promoters has engaged structual engineer Mr. Mitesh VijaykumEar Mutha having
Licenses No. Certificate No. NMCB/R/2022/APL/00364 of Nashik Municipal
Corporation, Nashik, having Office at 6, Veeraj Blossom, Beside Opal Enclave, Kamyogi
Nagar,      Nashik        and    Cell     No.9422756746         &      erail       address


The stuctual design of buildings in this poject has been done nder his supervision.
The fommok and concretemix design has been done as per IS 10262 -2009 or as per
other relevant codes as applicable. His periodic checks ad catificates for STABILITY
and SAFETY have been kept on record

4. Preservation of Reoords. -

Record of all test results of this project have been properly kept in the prescribed fomats
and will be peserved as lease upto the defect liability paiod or for the peiod as equired
by any other provision of law.
Please specify deviation in quality of mateials or any other item of work which were not
confoming to the specifications as mentioned in Agreement of Sale. -NIL
