        I, Hemant Isai, have undertaken assignment of certifying Estimated Cost for
the Subject Real Estate Project proposed to be registered under MahaREM, being 01
No. of Building consisting of 1 Wings of the Project (MahaRERA Registration Number

- P49800048643) situated on the Plot bearing CTS No. 1"88 /Survey no. 57412 Plot
No 39
       admeasuring about as per 7172 extrad - 6175 sq.fts & as per CTS record          -
609 sq.mts. area being developed by M/s. Vimal Developers.

7) Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
  a. Mls/Shri Nivara Construction, Er Hernant B isai as Architect ;
  b. M/s /Shri Abhay V Bhadalikar as Structural Consultant
  c. M/s lShri NO ANY ONE as MEP Consultant
  d. Mls /Shri NO ANY ONE as Site Supervisor

B) I have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate/
     Compietion Ceftiiicate, of the Civil, MEP ancj niiied works, of the Builciing of the
     project. Our estimated cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made
     available to us for the project under reference by the Developer and
     Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as
     calculated by me, and the assumption of the cost of material, labour and other
     inputs made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us.


9) I estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid
     project under reference as Rs. 2,05,00,000/- ( Rs.Two Cr Five Lakhs only). The
     estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil, MEP and allied
     works required to be completed for the purpose of obtaining occupation
     ceftificate / completion ceftificate for the building from the Dhule Municipal
     Corporation, Dhule being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdicLion the
     aforesaicj project is being implemented.


10) The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs, 78,79,9531-The
     amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of amount of
     Total Estimated cost.


11) The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the
     Bullding of the subjec[ project to obtain Occupation Certificate / Ccrnpletion
     Ceftificate from Dhule Municipal Corporation, Dhule (Planning Authority) is
     Estimated as Rs. !,26,8A,047 -
    LZ) I ceftifu that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the aforesaid Projed
           as completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A below:
