          I, Hemant Isai, have undertaken assignment of certifying Estimated Cost fo1
the Subject Real Estate Project proposed to be registered under MahaRERA, being 01
No. of Building consisting of 1 Wings of the Project (MahaRERA Registration Number

- F49800048643) situated on the Plot bearing CTS No. 188 /Survey no. 57412 Plot
Itlo 39
       admeasuring about as per T|LZ extrad - 6L75 sq.fts & as per CTS record          -
609 sq.mts. area being developed by M/s. Vimal Developers.

1) Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
  a. M/slShri Nivara Construction, Er Hemant B Isai as ArchitecL;
  b. M/s /Shri Abhay V Bhadalikar as Structural Consultant
  c. M/s /Shri NO ANY ONE as MEP Consultant
  d. M/s /Shri NO ANY ONE as Site Supervisor

2) I have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate/
     Compietion Certificate, of the Civii, MEP ancj Aiiied works, of the Builciing of the
     proiect. Our estimated cost calculations are based on the Drawings/plans made
     available to us for the project under reference by the Deveioper and
     Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as
     calculated by me, and the assumption of the cost of material, labour and other
     inputs made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us.


3) I estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid
     project under reference as Rs. 2,05,00,000/- ( Rs.Two Cr Five Lakhs only). The
     estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil, MEP and allied
     works required to be completed for the purpose of obtaining occupation
     ceftificate / completion certificate for the building from the Dhule Municipal
     Corporation, Dhule being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdicLion the
     aforesaid project is being implemented.


4) The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs. 66,39,005/-The
     amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of amount of
     Total Estimated cost.


5) The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the
   Building of the subject project to obtain Occupation Certificate I Completion
     Ceftificate from Dhule Municipal Corporation, Dhule (Planning Authority) is
     Estimated as Rs. 1,38,60,9951-
   6) I certifu that the Cost of the Ovil, MEP and allied work for the aforesaid Project
          as completed on the date of this ceftificate is as given in Table A beloru:
