             4. Search Report for 30 years from 1993 to 2022.
             On perusal of the above mention document and all other
               relevant documents relating to Title ofthe Said Property.I
               am of the opinion that the Title of Mr. Gourav Pramod
             Borase. Who is the Owner of the Property is clear,
             Marketable and without encumbrancesS
             Owner of the Land:- Mr. Gourav Pramod Borase, CTS
             No. 4780/86/2 At Dhule.
