           Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval ftom Municipal Commissioneq Dhule Municipal
           Corporation (Planning Authorit, on 02.06.2021 for one building.


    3.     Also the Commencement Certificate / Building Plans are approved by Municipal Commissioner,
           Dhule Municipal Corporation @lanning / Aulhority / Competent Authority) on 04.08.2021.
           Further, Commencement Certificate is granted for tot l Building of approved total G + 5 floors.


           Approved and valid commencrment certificates atld sanctioned plans arc uploaded under
           appropriate fields.
