l, Yogesh Pramodshankar Desai, the Promoter of the project " Ashtavinayak
Residency", do hereby solemnly declare and state as under:

      1. That we have already applied for the llVithdrawal I De-registration of the
           above-mentioned project $ince the project is stagnant .
      2.   Application is currently under reviewlprocessing with the Authority, there have
           been no new bookings, ho financial transactions, and no physical
           progress on the site during Quarter 4.
      3, As there are no changes or updates to reportfor Q4, we are attaching the same
         supporting documents/status as submitted in Q3 to maintain continuity in the
         records.
      4. We confirm that all information provided in this declaration is true and correct
         to the best of our knowledge.


We request the Authority to take this declaration on record and process our withdrawal
application at the earliest.
