       I, Hemant Isai, have undertaken assignment of certifying Estirhated Cost for
the Subject Real Estate Project proposed to be registered under MahaRERA, being 01
No. of Building consisting of 1 Wings of the Project (MahaREM Registration Number

- P49800013520) situated on the Plot bearing CTS No. 157 /Survey no. 57412 Plot
No 28 admeasuring about as per 7112 ertrad - 473.98 sq.mts & as per CTS record -
494 sq.mts. area being developed by M/s. Vimal Developers.
13) Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
   a. M/s/Shri Nivara Construction, Ar. ShilpaTated as Architec[;
   b. M/s /Shri Abhay V Bhadalikar as Structural Consultant
   c. M/s /Shri NO ANY ONE as MEP Consultant
   d. M/s /Shri NO ANY ONE as Site Supervisor

14) I have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate/
     Completion Certificate, of the Civii, MEP and Allied works, of the Building of the
     project. Our estimated cost ca[culations are based on the Drawings/plans made
     availabie to us for the project under reference by the Developer and
     Consultants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as
     calculated by me, and the assumption of the cost of material, iabour and oiher
     inpuG made by developer, and the site inspection carried out by us.


15) I estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the building(s) of the aforesaid
     project under reference as Rs. 1,19,00,000 ( Rs. One Crore Nineteen Lakhs
     only). The estimated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil, MEP
     and allied works required to be connpleted for the purpose of obtaining
     occupation cetificate / completion ceftificate for the building from the Dhule
     Municipal Corporation, Dhule being the Planning Authority under whose
     jurisdiction the aforesaid project is being implemented.


16) The Estimated Cost Incurred till date is calculated at Rs. 1,30,89,148/-The
     amount of Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of amount of
     Total Estimated cost.


L7) The Balance cost of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works of the
     Building of the subject project to obtain Occupation Ceftificate / Completion
     Certificate from Dhule Municipal Corporation, Dhule (Planning Authority) is
     Estimated as Rs. Nil(excess as per estimated)
18) I certify that the Cost of the Civil, MEP and allied work for the aforesaid Project
     as completed on the date of this certificate is as given in Table A below:
