Our esiimated cost calculations are based on the d.awings / plans made avaihbb to us lor the Projecl under referance by the Oeveloper & Consultants and the schedule of items and quantity for the entire work as calculated by Engineer and the assumption of the cost ot material, labour and other inputs made by Develop€r and ihe site inspection canies out by us.. 3.
