Client/Alottee has seen all the documents of the title deed and other relevant papers, etc. pertaining to the said property and are fully satisfied about our title deeds, legal rights and interest in respect of the said project. 2. The amount of Goods and Service Tax, Stamp Duty, registration Fees mentioned above are as per today’s applicable rates. The Allottee/s shall bear and pay any change in such taxes or duties from time to time as applicable or any other charges levied by government in future before or after taking possession of the Flat. 3. The allottee/s has to complete the housing loan formalities and shall obtain Sanction letter before registration of Agreement to Sale. We will not be held responsible if there is delay in loan disbursement and any delay beyond 30days, interest @12% per annum will be charges from the allottee/s. 7. The entire discretion to reject this application without any reasonable cause remains with the Promoter. 9. In case of cancellation for any reason what so ever then the amount paid by the Allottee against the said booking shall be returned within 30 days from the date of Cancellation of Booking and a written application from the Allotee/s. 11.
