certifying percentage of Completion of Construction work of the C B                                     having MahaRERA
Registration Number P4E70{JIJI4XI24 (OnIy applicable after project                                  ) being developed by
Katariya Land Developer & Buildere LLP.

Based on site Lrspection, with respect to layout/each of the building/                               of the aforesaid Real Estate
project. I certify that as on the date of this certificate, the percentage                           work done for each of the
building/wing of the Real Estate project under MahaRERA is as per table herein below. The percentage
of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the entire phase detailed in table B.
