     I, Ar. Hitesh Parakh have undertaken assignment as Architect of certifying Percentage of
     Completion of Construction Work of the E2 Building of the Project, situated on the Final
     Plot No. 125-134/1 of G.No. 284/1+2/1+2/2+2/3+2/4+2/5+2/6 of village Pimprala Shiwar,
     Taluka Jalgaon, District Jalgaon, PIN 425001 admeasuring 1009.95 sq.mts. area being
     developed by Parakh Plexus Realty Limited

 1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
     (i) Shri Hitesh V. Parakh as Architect ;
     (ii) M/s R. G. Birla & Associates as Structural Consultant

 2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
    and to the best of my knowledge I hereby certify that E2 Building has been completed
    in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. The E2
    Building is granted Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate bearing number
    J.C.M.C/T.P./O.C/0507 dated 14.11.2019 by Jalgaon Municipal Corporation, Jalgaon
