         Professional, associated with the Proiect in spite of service of nohce.



    4.   The project is a redevelopment Proiect of Prashant Coopentive Housing 9xiety Limited' At this

          stage, wh€n the Project registration period has lapsed, the only way lorward would

          the right of the allottees, which include every individuai member of Prashant Co-OPerative
          Housing S€iety LiIniteti and all buyers o( aParhnents in the project' and to enable thl, n to forn
          an Association of allottees who can take an informed decision legarding ca ying oul

          work to comPlete the Proje.t
