      matter was tal(en up asa Suo Moto ComPlaintand the ResPondent and Proiect Professionals,
      associated with the proie(t, $,ere €alledfor the hearing. No one apPeared for tlle ResPondent

      and Project Professionals, associated with the Proiect in sPite of seNice of notice.


,1.   At this stage, when the proiect registration period has lapsed, the only rl/av forward would
      be to protect the right of the allottees and enable them to form an Asso{iation of allottees
      who can take an iliormed decision regarding carrying out the balance u'ork to complete the
      project.


5.    In view o[ the above facls, Nine Realtors is hereby directed to handover the list of ailottees
      o{ the saidproject, along with their.ontact details, to all the a!lottees of the said Proiect, along

      with a copy of this orcler, and to enable the allottees to form an associatt)n of allottees and
      thereafter take an inlormed dedsion Petaining to the said Prqect. Thereafter, the association
      of allottees may like to Proceed under Section 7/8 of the Act as Per the MahaRERA Orde!
      no. 8/2019 dated N4arch 29, 20L9.


6.    The Rcspondent is dtected to uPload the -Annual Audit RePort of Statutory CA - Form 5 for
      I.Y. 17-18 and F.Y- 18-19 within 15 days from thc date o{ this Order.
