        Samarth Pmkash', which is registered with MahaRERA Registration

2.       On review of the ResPondent's Prqect registation, it is observed that the Proje't
                                                                                       no ertension of
          registration of the said Project has laPsed on March 31' 2018 and thereaJtet
          the date has been either sought or granted under tie provisions
                                                                                   of the Beal Estate
                                                                       regulations made thereunder'
          (Regulation and DeveioPment) Act, 2016 and the rules and
                   the details available on the Project registation webPage show

      Development) Act, 2016 rcad with Regulation 4 of the MahaRERA General Regulations,

3.    Sincc, there have been no online comPlaints filed with MahaRERA in this Project, as yet'
      this matter was taken up as a Suo Motu ComPlaint and the Respondent arld Boject
      Profcssionals, associated with the goject, werc callcd for the hearing No one aPpeared for

      thc ResPondent and Prqect Professionals, associatcd with the Proiect in sPite of service of
      notice.
