        the date has been eitier sought or grarlted under the provisio.s (rf thc Real Estatc
        (Reguiation arr,1 Developnent) A.t,2016 and the rules and regulations made thcreunder.
        Further, the details available on the Lrr(iect registrati(m r.r.ebpage show tlrat the project is
        not yet completed. L.{oreover, thc'Rcspondcnt has not uploaded the Annual Audit Report

     the Ilespondent arld Project Plofessionirls, associated with the Project in sPite of serui.e of
