     On review oI the Respon.lent's Pro,ect registration, it is observed that the Proiect
     registmtion ofthe said Projectllas laPsed on December 31,2018 and thereafter, no exte sion
     of dre clate has been either sought or granted under the provjsions of the Real Fstat€
      (Regutation ard DeveloPnent) Act, 2016 and the ruIes and reSulatiois made therertnder
      lurther, the details available or the project regish atioll lvebpage show that the Project is
      not yet complete.l. Moreover, the ResPondcnt has not uploaded the ANlual Audjt RePort
      o{ Statutory CA - lorm 5 for FY 17-18 and FY 18-] 9 till date as required under the Prowisions
