2      On review of the Respondenfs project registration, it is observed that the project
        regishafion oI the said project has lapsed on December 31, 201g and thereafter, no
        extension of the date has been either sought 01 granted uncler the provisions of the Real
        Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules and regulations made
        thereunder. Further, the details available on the projcct registration webpage show that the
        project is not yet completed. Ivloreover, the Respondent has not uploaded the Annual
        Audit Report of Statutory CA - Form 5 fbr Fy 17-18aDtl Fy 18_19 till date as requirecl under.

     notice.

     be to protect the ght of the allottees ard enable them to form an,{ssociation of allottees
     $.ho can take an inJormed clccision regarding carn'ing out the Lralance rvork irr complete

5.   In view of the abovc facts, the Respondent Madeeha Raahil Shaikh is hereby clirected to
     handover the list o[ allottees of the said project, along with their contact details, to all thc
     allottees of the said ploject, along with a copy of this order, to enable the all{)ttees io form
     an association of allottees and thereaJter take an inJormed decision per.taining to the said
     project. Thereafter, the association of allottees ma! like to proceed under Section 7/8 of the
     Act as per the IUaITaRERA Order no. B/2019 datecl March 29, 2019.
