1.     The captioned matter was heard on 08.05.2026 and following roznama was
       recorded by this Authority.

        1. “Heard all the parties present. The affidavit dated 20.01.2026 filed by Shreeji
           Enterprises in compliance with the order dated 27.11.2025 issued by this Authority
           is taken on record.
        2. Matter is reserved for order.”


2.     The   erstwhile   promoter,    namely     Kambar     Constructions,     through    its
       representative Mr. Rohit Chugani, though absent at the time of hearing, has filed
       an application dated 08.05.2026 seeking directions against the promoter, namely
       Shreeji Enterprises, to furnish and serve upon them a copy of the affidavit filed
       in purported compliance of the Order dated 27.11.2025 passed by this Authority.
3.     The Applicant has further sought liberty to file written submissions/reply
       dealing with the averments and contentions raised in the aforesaid affidavit
       dated 20.01.2026. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of IIFL has also
       prayed for similar directions against Shreeji Enterprises for furnishing and
       serving a copy of the said affidavit upon them.

4.   This Authority is conscious of the settled principles of natural justice,
     particularly the requirement that no party likely to be affected by the
     proceedings should be denied a reasonable opportunity of placing on record
     such facts, documents, and submissions as may be relevant for effective
     adjudication of the issues arising in the present matter. Therefore, though the
     present proceedings are not intended to adjudicate the inter se disputes of the
     parties, this Authority deems it appropriate, in the interest of fairness and proper
     adjudication, to grant liberty to Kambar Constructions and IIFL to file written
     submissions, together with supporting documents, if any, in response to the
     affidavit dated 20.01.2026 and the issues arising therefrom concerning the
     captioned project.
5.   This liberty is being granted solely to ensure that all concerned parties are
     afforded a fair and adequate opportunity to place on record all relevant facts and
     materials, if any, which may assist this Authority in arriving at a legally
     sustainable conclusion in consonance with the principles of natural justice.
6.   Accordingly, the promoter, namely Shreeji Enterprises, is hereby directed to
     serve a copy of the aforesaid affidavit upon all concerned parties within a period
     of two (02) days, i.e. on or before 16.05.2026, and shall additionally forward the
     same through the respective registered e-mail addresses of the parties within one
     day from the date of this Order.
7.   Kambar Constructions and IIFL are granted liberty to file their written
     submissions/reply, if any, along with all supporting documents upon which
     they seek to rely, within a period of 4 days commencing from 17.05.2026 till
     20.05.2026. The captioned matter shall thereafter stand reserved for Orders from
     21.05.2026.
8.   The directions in this order shall over ride directions issued in the
     aforementioned roznama dated 08.05.2026.
