         This has reference to your application dated 29.08.2025 submitted for de-
  registration of your real estate project "Manshaya Apartments" registered with
  MahaRERA under Project Registration No. P51800053650 citing the reason that your
  real estate project falls under the exemption of Section 3(2)(a) of the Act. In view of the
  same your application has been considered by the Authority.

        Whereas your application for de-registration of the above-referred project has
  been approved by the Authority vide approval dated. 29.12.2025 bearing no. De-
